Feel the rhythm. Find your groove. Connect with the roots. An extraordinary artist who moves both body and spirit, HELENA KANINI KIIRU brings a powerful and deeply personal energy to her dancing. Taking a class with her is not simply about learning steps- it is about discovering a different way of listening, moving and expressing yourself. Drawing from her background in Street Dance and her deep connection with Solo Jazz, Kanini takes us into the heart of African American Jazz dance, exploring rhythm, musicality, body articulation and awareness. This is a journey into the roots of the dance-into the groove, the pulse and the freedom that make Jazz a living language. Come ready to move, sweat, listen, experiment and find your own voice. 2 Day workshops, party saturday night
