Swing and Hip Hop have a lot in common: historically, musically, culturally and dance wise. Originating in african, street and club dances both dances offer a lot of possibilities for self expression, improvisation and community. In our second festival in southwest of Germany we are bringing together Old School Jazz Dances (Solo Jazz, Lindy Hop, Charleston,…) and Old School Hip Hop Dances and are looking forward to have a blast with you! You can expect Workshops, a Community Talk and Parties. The event focusses on solo dancing but gives you ideas that you can take into partner dancing. Registration opens 13.09.2026 - 7pm
