This international swing and dance music festival is organized by Aixtraswing, the swing dance association in Aix en Provence (a beautiful little city 25km from Marseille) An immersive experience in swing culture: JAZZ music and dances from the 1930s in the heart of a historic site, the old matches factory in Aix to set the dancefloor on fire! The program 6 hours of Lindy Hop lessons per level dance tasters before the evenings 2 concerts and swing balls Friday and Saturday with The Shoeshiners in a large amphitheater Shows and competitions Discovery courses for curious newbies A film screening about jazz and dance 2 open-air dances with a guinguette atmosphere, food trucks, etc. What's new: 100% parquet-floored rooms (classes and parties) A restaurant for lunch at the workshop location Welcome to Aix en Provence and our festival that will swing your life up!
